Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Australia Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship nationwide across Australia. Shipping options and rates are applied at checkout based on your postcode and location classification:

Standard Shipping (Metro & Suburban Areas): 3–7 business days (FREE on all orders)

Express Shipping (Metro & Suburban Areas): 1–3 business days ($20.00 AUD)

Regional & Remote Shipping (Outer Suburbs & Remote Areas): 5–10 business days (Calculated at checkout based on item weight, size, and destination postcode)

Note: Free shipping applies exclusively to standard delivery within designated Metro and Suburban postal zones. Bulky items or shipments to regional/remote locations (such as NT, Remote WA, TAS, and outer regional zones) may incur regional surcharges at checkout.

Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
